He told me to go away and not to go up. I asked Yim Ping

saying "Is he not in?" He then told me to go away. I went

together with Yim Ping to a street on the rear to take congee.

Yim Ping (again) told me not to go up. I asked him why. He

said "Any way, don't go up". I then told him all of my case

and he told me to go and prosecute him (Yim Chun). I told him

I had no money. He said "Nothing can be done if you have no

money. It is better not to look for him. If you have money

and could not succeed in prosecuting him here you can return

to Wai Chau and prosecute him there because many of his clansmen

dislike him. Once you have prosecuted him both of them have to

(Yim Ping) asked me why I should want to see (Yim Chun). I said

I could devise no means to prosecute him and that I wanted to

ask him to pay back some money to me (because) when I married

her I paid $80 for the wedding present money'. I further said

that he had removed away many pieces of furniture belonging to

me and that he must compensate me for all these. (Yim Ping)

then said that it would be better for him to speak this for me.
